Gift Redemption Process

Read Terms & Conditions and fill up redemption form
(Best time to send 25th -30th every month)
Receipt form from panelists
(Received form from 1st – 14th every month)
2 weeks
Compile/process redemption form
(Every 15th of the month)
Supplier process/deliver gift
4-6 weeks
Panelist didn’t receive gift
Panelist received gift
Not received gift within 10 working days upon receipt of the gift despatch notice.
  • Log complaint
  • Feedback to panelist on course of action within 1 week after complaint
  • Replacement will be sent (4-6 weeks).
Panelist inspects items upon receipt.

If OK, send acknowledge upon receipt form to Kantar Worldpanel & post warranty card (electrical items) to manufacturer’s address.
If damage/faulty, feedback to Kantar Worldpanel / supplier within 3 days upon receipt.
  • Kantar Worldpanel/ supplier log complaint
  • Feedback to panelist on course of action within 1 week after complaint
  • Inform panelist status of complaint and estimated time of delivery to Replace, Repair (normally will take 4-6 weeks).
